#1: Work while standing:
Exercise is simply moving your body appropriately. Therefore, every physical activities counts as exercise. Needless going to the gym daily for many hours before staying fit since your work does not give you such opportunity. Avoid sitting down for hours while at work. Get a standing desk in your office and work while standing up for at least one hour daily. This means that you have exercised your body for an hour each day. This prevents backpain that could result from long hours of sitting.
#2: Make your office your gym:
Great results come when little things are done over a long period of time. This means that doing little things to improve your fitness and health is better than doing nothing at all. Take the staircase to your office instead of the elevator. Deliver massages to co-workers in person instead of sending mails or the office errand boy. Stand up during meetings. Trek down to get your lunch than sending someone.
#3: Have a meal plan:
Many busy people eat unhealthy meals. This is due to the fact that they do not plan their meals and rarely have time to prepare a balanced diet. They always eat when they are very hungry and as a result, they eat whatever comes their way. If you do not plan your meal, you will hardly eat a good meal. Create a good meal time table. You can tell your personal assistant to do this for you after giving him/her your menu. Let whoever cooks for you use that daily to prepare your meal. Try as much as possible to take your breakfast in your home and take your lunch in a food flask to your office.
#4: Always rest, sleep and relax:
If you do not rest and ease off the stress of work, you will experience burnout and will soon become physically down. Equally, if you do not sleep as a result of trying to meet up with your work demands, you must develop mental issues. You may become unproductive at work with time.

No matter how busy you are at work, never compromise your social life. Hang our with fiends occasionally. Try to go to cinema, watch games or spend some minutes at amusement parks with friends
